These are some of my favorite abdominal exercises that I put into a quick workout that you can do for 2 to 3 rounds, if one round is too easy.
I have been doing this abdominal exercise 3 days a week during quarantine. On days when I feel good, I will do 3 to 4 rounds. On days when my body gets more tired sometimes I only walk 2 times.
Make sure you try hard, but stay within your limits! Remember to listen to your body, you know it best.
