Continue to picture your wish coming true while you’re getting ready for bed, making a vision board, or talking on your phone. Keep thinking positive thoughts to ensure that you’re projecting a positive outcome![6]
If you’re having trouble staying positive, try to identify the source of your negative thoughts and challenge them in your head.

For example, if you’re scared that you won’t get what you want for Christmas, try to figure out what you’re actually scared of. If you’re scared that your family or Santa will forget about you, fight back by reminding yourself of all of the reasons that you’re worth remembering!
