Fulton County Has No Chain of Custody for 18,901 Ballots -- In Race Decided by 11,779 Votes

Michael Patrick Leahy, of Star News, reveals six months later there are still no chain of custody documents for over 330,000 ballots in Georgia.

This includes nearly 19,000 in Fulton County — in an election decided by less than 12,000 votes.
