Will Garland Fight the Cartels?

California Rep. Mike Garcia tells Sara that the explosive growth of illegal marijuana grows presents a real danger in his district and provides a lot of money to "folks with bad intentions" around the world. Garcia says Attorney General Merrick Garland need to provide the funds and policy to help dismantle these criminal operations.
