ARMED CITIZEN STOPS ACTIVE SHOOTER IN FORT SMITH APARTMENT COMPLEX

The active shooter was armed with a semi-auto rifle and shot one victim before being stopped by another resident who shot him with a bolt action hunting rifle, killing him and ending the threat.
