SPECIAL MASALA CHICKEN | SPECIAL HYDERABADI CHICKEN MASALA | MASALA CHICKEN BY D.DHABA
500gms chicken (curry cut pieces with bones)
Fried onions 2 medium
Almonds 8 nos.
Poppy seeds 1/2 tbsp
3cloves, 2 cinnamon, 3 cardamom
Dry red chili 4 nos.
Dry roast 3 mins on low heat
Make it cook
Put the spices in a grinder
Chopped ginger 1-inch pieces
Garlic cloves 6 nos.
Coarse grind
Water 1/2 cup
Grind to a paste
Fry chicken pieces for 3 mins on high heat till seal the juices
Turmeric 1/4 tsp
Salt to taste (1tsp)
Fry 3 mins on medium heat
Fry till slightly brown
Spice masala paste ( made in grinder earlier)
Fry 5 mins on medium heat
Fry till oil separates
Coriander powder 2tsp
Fry 3 mins on medium heat until masala coats chicken
Sliced tomato 2 small (100gms)
Fry for 2 mins and then cover up for 5 min and let it be cooked on low heat (stir once in between)
Fried onions (crushed in a blender)
Fry 2 mins on medium heat
Water 250 ml
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Cover up and cook for 15 mins on low heat
Give a mix and finally
