Peaceful protestors socially distanced on sidewalk

At 12 PM, Protestors were socially distanced on the city sidewalks in front of and across the street from City Hall. Everything went well until around 1PM.

My other uploaded video shows some madness that took place around 1PM. and yes It's the cops and/or other officers punishing people JUST FOR STANDING on a sidewalk.
