Keto Garlic Pork Chop

Ingredients:
4 thick boneless porkchops
2 Tbsp olive oil
4 Tbsp butter
2 Tbsp minced garlic Salt Pepper
Directions: Heat your pan on medium-high heat making sure your pan is nice and hot – add your olive oil and 2 Tbps butter, sear the pork chop for about 3 minutes on each side. Next add the minced garlic along with the other two Tbsp of butter cooking until golden brown.
Makes 4 pork chops Per serving (1 Pork Chop)
Total Carbs: 1.5 grams
Fiber: 0 grams
Fat: 26 grams
Protein: 40 grams
Calories: 408
