How Long Can I Really Stay In The US With An E2 Visa? Here The Real Truth Nobody Tells You!

After the US Greencard lotter drawing many people are disappointed because they haven't been picked and so they are looking for an alternate solution. The E2 visa is one option e.g. if you have around $100.000 to invest into a business in the United States of America. Usually the duration of the E2 visa is 2 to 5 years depending on the country where you applied and the business case you present to the embassy.

So let's say you got 5 years and your business is doing fine, you can apply for another 2yr and then another 2yr ... almost endlessly, but what if your business is not doing fine, but you still have enough savings to pay your bills (btw: the E2 won't give you any support in the US !!!) and you want to stay in the US - how long can you really stay?
