Dr. Barry Doublestein discussed the importance for great Christian leaders to be fully aware of their first principles (foundational 'nogoes'), their 'why,' and to be fully committed (not just involved) in being Jesus to their followers. He defined worldview ('foundational orientation of the heart' - Sire, 2004) and the importance of never wavering from its practice. The DSL journey is about becoming transformed.
