CBOR-SC: The Supreme Court Amendment

For 150 years the Supreme Court has consisted of nine Justices, but this number isn't hard-set by the Constitution. Progressives have historically sought to increase the number of Justices on the Court to improve the odds of the Court's rubber-stamping a progressive agenda.
