CBOR-ED: The Eminent Domain Amendment

The Fifth Amendment of the Constitution implicitly states that the government can take private property for public use. But what constitutes "public use"? The Supreme Court, lacking a clear Constitutional definition, has made some questionable judgments concerning what "public use" means.
