Driving through Skagit Valley Daffodil Fields in Washington

One last drive to the Tulip fields for a very long time. It’s a cold March day the clouds are grey the wind is blowing pretty hard, but we know we’re leaving this area pretty soon, so one last trip up to Skagit Valley to see the Tulips, or Daffodils, whichever is in season right now. In the follow up to this video, we stop right next to a Daffodil field, but it’s so cold outside, none of us want to get out of the truck for pictures.
In making this video, this day just creamed Melancholy Reggae music, down beat, slow and mellow, which was perfect for the day.
I lightened up this video and saturated the colors a bit so it would look a bit more interesting. I hope you like it, please let me know what you think.

The La Connor Daffodil fields are right next to the Tulip fields in Skagit Valley, and at times, literally the same fields. The two flowers grow at different seasons so they can use the same fields. The difference in the names? I don’t know. Maybe “the Skagit Valley Daffodil Fields” didn’t sound as nice, but it is the same place.

I generally put out a new video on Monday, Wednesday and Friday every week.
