20210512 Level of Authority - The Daily Summation

It's hard to imagine a better way of looking at things, than the one expressed by the Founders, where levels of authority are concerned.

The idea that things should be handled at the LOWEST POSSIBLE LEVEL, is both brilliant, and integral to the American experiment.

You can agree or not, but it IS a base tenet of the U. S.

This is no less true where law enforcement is concerned, than in ANY OTHER WISE.
