Casa Fernandez Miami Aniversario Perfecto 2019 Cigar Review

This 6.75x52 perfecto stick features a mottled dark cocoa wrapper with an oily, smooth feel, slightly soft even pack, minimal veins, tight invisible seams and very strong sweet cocoa aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with heavy plumes of near full bodied smoke with flavors of a semi-sweet cocoa and earth followed by a fairly short finish adding a touch of pepper. The first third keeps the same flavors but up to a full body with just a touch of strength, long finish and perfect construction. The 1/2 way point comes at 40 minutes changing to medium-full body with notes of a light leather, light cocoa, mint and short finish dropping the pepper. The last third mixes the first two, going back to full body with a deeper leather and cocoa with just a touch of the mint, all with a long finish and big strength bump.
