Bibimbap is a traditional Korean dish which is full of nutrients and vitamins, it’s easy to make and very delicious.

INGREDIENTS:
1 carrot, shredded
1 medium onion
2 garlic cloves
1 bell pepper
1 green onion
1 chilli pepper
1 egg
1 cup sliced mushrooms
salt & pepper to taste
sesame oil
soy sauce
boiled rice - 1 cup
sesame seeds
