Today I will show you how to make another salad. You will need the following ingredients:
Spring mix salad
Apples
Dried Cranberries
Cucumbers
Tomatoes
Pumpkin Seeds
and Ken's Apple Cider Vinaigrette. I have been unable to find this dressing anywhere but online. I find that interesting as most places have Ken's salad dressing, and other Steakhouse Dressing sauces, but just not this one for some reason.
This dressing tastes great, but the 170 calories a serving probably has something to do with that. Like most dressings, it contains oils and sugars. But, if it is this or eating unhealthy... Eat this!
