When God destroyed Sodom he didn't destroy every bit of land surrounding it, he was very selective in the area and people he destroyed. The ground opened up and swallowed Korah and his cronies, but left everyone else.

There is a real difference from city to city in the USA. Some of these cities have been ran by criminals for years. They have planted the seeds and now they have to deal with the crop. I am praying for the remnant in those cities and praying they are sensitive to hearing the voice of God in case they need to leave.
