Bill limiting fees on new home builds headed to Governor DeSantis's desk

House Bill 337 would limit how much impact fees will increase for new homes. Right now city and county governments can raise them by as much as they want. If passed, the bill would limit increases to 12.5 percent every year and no more than 50 percent every four years.
