Training my crow friend to come to targets for food

My house is in this crows territory which means that the crow is like the bouncer to other scavenger birds.
It keeps the magpies and other crows away.
It knows I garden and I have a lot of great worms in my soil. Those worms are valuable to me as they help my soil, which then helps my flowers/shrubs etc.
The crow is messing with the circle of life in my garden. Therefore we are negotiating.
I will provide some of my dogs food, which it likes more than the worms in the garden.
Thus far, things have been good.
I’m training it to come to this target and it’s neat to watch the crow fly over looking for the target.
