We've had two calls in the last two days asking us to pick up puppies, and several more people have just brought boxes to the shelter. We are having problems with food, but no one cares. People just come in and give the animals away. And they don't think about how to feed and nurse these puppies!
We're struggling to survive as it is!
They are babies now, but in a few months they will be adults who need to be spayed, put in separate cages, and most importantly, fed!
We find homes for about 50 animals a month, but that is negligible compared to the number we get! And even if we try to refuse to take in an animal, people just throw it to us, turn around and leave...Friends, we desperately need your help!
