Australian gov. allowed "terrorist" to return home... while banning return from India

Australian authorities had allowed suspect terrorist to return to Australia from Turkey.. while at the same time banning good citizens from returning home form India.. threating to jail them for 5 years and hefty fines if they try to use loopholes to come back through third countries.. and why Australian authorities did not use the legislations allowing them to cancel the citizenship of Mohamed AL Zuhbi...!!!
