Good day everyone,
In this video, I explain my views on vegetables and diet. Regarding the vegan diet, I know it helps alot of people feeling better and helps people that had heart problems history . In spiritual circles, usually alot of people are vegan or plant based mostly. Which is totally fine! Even in buddhism, the majority of people are at least vegetarian. I know it helps people to raise their own vibrations. For me personally, I might try it eventually, but for now. I feel pretty good eating alot of vegetables, not eating any fast food and staying active.
