This is such a delicious juicy (which is a typical problem with gluten free bakery) biscuit dessert, my family loved it and ate it all at once. Just give it a try. And the best is that is gluten free, which means that people who don’t tolerate gluten can enjoy it too.

INGREDIENTS

1 cup of sugar
5 eggs
370 g of boiled condensed milk (I used this one here https://amzn.to/2PIjAVl)
250 g of low fat quark
A pinch of salt
