These are a portion of my #1 stomach muscle practices I've placed into a speedy exercise that you can do 2-3 rounds of, in the event that one round is excessively simple.
I've been doing this stomach muscle exercise 3 days every week during isolate. On days I feel great i'll do it 3-4 rounds. On days my body is more drained now and then I just complete 2 rounds.
Try to propel yourself yet stay inside your cutoff points! Make sure to tune in to your body, you know it best.
