I've been asked many times about my opinion of the Palmetto State Armory ARV 9mm. The ARV came after the popular AKV9 which is an AK type firearm that also uses the Scorpion EVO magazine. The PSA AR-V 9mm is a pistol, or rifle, that's based on the AR15 and fires 9mm from a Scorpion EVO magazine. It's unique feature is the ability to use the Scorpion EVO mags which are affordable and plentiful. But does the PSA ARV work well?
