Backroad Driving North Bend Washington pt 7

We’re on Video 7, I’ve been driving for over an hour total on this road / path. It’s starting to look like the deep south Bayou, but honestly, we’re still in Washington Mount Baker National forest area, heading up to the back side of the Snoqualmie Summit.

This is part of the Mt. Baker National forest in Snoqualmie. We’re driving by the Middle Fork of the Snoqualmie River. It’s about a 12 mile road, you follow the same road in as you do out. About 10 miles the road turns into a very rough road that you’d need 4 wheel drive to traverse parts of. Large washouts, and running streams crossing the road make it all the more fun to explore. The green moss growing on every tree around lays testament to why people call Seattle “rain city” or the “Emerald city”
