Is Fiber Necessary or Overhyped?

Do you really need all that fiber the 'experts' recommend?

We've all heard how much fiber we need and that most people don't consume enough fiber. We need it for our colon health, healthy bowel movements, lowering cholesterol, feeding our microbiome...but is it true?

There's a bit of conflicting information in the science, but there are a couple that I'll highlight here today that are pretty compelling on this story!
