Ingredients
3 large Haas avocados , peeled, pitted, & diced
4 tablespoon sun-dried tomatoes , chopped
1/3 cup red onion , minced
1/3 cup cilantro and dill , chopped
kosher salt
vegan egg roll wrappers
avocado oil , for frying
