Overcoming learning loss, new tutoring programs help students

The pandemic set back learning for students nationwide. In the Los Angeles Unified School District alone. 40,000 students are at risk of not graduating in the next four years, according to an advocacy group. That district is piloting a virtual tutoring program to get students back on track. Scripps reporter Amanda Brandeis got a look into how it's working so far.
