Crucita, Ecuador. Week 2 Day 2, HR Zone 2, 45 minutes

Today was a recovery run (HR Zone 2) for 45 minutes. I will have another hard (HR Zone 4) run tomorrow. I tried another video format today and it seems to be a lot smoother video.
