Johnstown resident says Loveland Police showed compassion when he likely didn't deserve it

A former Loveland resident says calls for more officers to be let go in the wake of the aggressive arrest and injury of a 73-year old woman with dementia, may end up hurting the Loveland Police Department and the city itself.
