Sweet Egg Scramble FAIL and a Jamocha Shake, sort of THM E, turned S

Bless her, I'm sure someone will love this. But I can tell you - not me! I've discovered that sweet eggs are NOT for me!

So we switched to this recipe, which is one of my faves:

Love this recipe, but it's better when you actually have the ingredients. I didn't realize i was out of maple extract until half the shake was made. So I added a little sugar free maple syrup, but still, it was just a yummy coffee shake.

Oh well, not every day will be a perfect win!
