You Will Be My Witnessess
(I Peter 1:7-9)
'that the genuineness of your faith, being much more precious than gold that perishes, though it is tested by fire, may be found to praise, honor, and glory at the revelation of Jesus Christ, whom having not seen you love. Though now you do not see Him, yet believing, you rejoice with joy inexpressible and full of glory, receiving the end of your faith—the salvation of your souls.'

I. You Are Authentic (John. 4:23-24)
• Good Morning! I am so glad that you are here with us today!
• As we look into our focal passage today we sre listening to Peter.
• Peter is calling for us to understand that our faith is founded in and through Christ Jesus.
• Read (John 4:23-24, Psalms 66:10, Matt. 6:19-21)
• See Peter is recalling the fact that Jesus stated that true worshippers are worshipping in spirit and truth.
• He also recalls the fact that Jesus informs us of where our treasure should be.

II. In Spirit and In Truth (John 20:25-29)
• As Peter is expounding upon this statement, he draws us back to an important moment in time.
• Read (John 20:25-29). Peter recalls the time when Jesus addresses Thomas.
• We understand the fact that Thomas and the other disciples are informed of the fact that there are people who have not seen Jesus but will still believe.
• As Peter has been watching the Gospel spread, he sees that what Jesus said was coming true.
• Read (Hebrews 12:2)

III. Tell The Story (Acts 1:8)
• Choose Jesus Today.
