Arturo Fuente Don Carlos Double Robusto Cigar Review

This 5.75x52 stick features a dark brown softly packed satin wrapper with minimal veins, tight invisible seams, large double ca and faint manure aroma. First light reveals a perfect draw with thick chewy medium-full bodied smoke showing a naturally sweet tobacco and slight mustiness on a short finish. The first third burns perfectly but with a short ash, coming down to a medium body. Flavors shift to a sweet musty tobacco, light wood and touch of pepper on the tail end of the long smooth finish. The 1/2 way point comes at 30 minutes just shifting the sweetness to a subtle dried fruit that lasts through the finish. Ending 50 minutes in at the hot nub, flavors shift again to a smooth creamy nuttiness with just a touch of the sweetness lingering. And no, that's not mold before anyone says it. It's just pectin residue from a handler. Use code COFANS12 to save 12% CigarAndPipes/product/arturo-fuente-don-carlos/
