Germany’s Highest Court Makes Country’s Commitment to the Paris Accord a Human Right

Germany really does have some messed up concepts on what human rights actually are. They are the country that believes having internet access is one after all. Now, thanks to the highest court there, Germany’s legal codification of the Paris Accord has been deemed one as well. Not only that, the court also ruled that the government must plan out it carrying out its obligations to it in detail until 2050 even though things can change as time progresses due to different or unforeseen circumstances.
