ShamMOCK Shake:

1/2 Unsweetened coconut milk
1 cup almond milk
1/4 avocado
2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp mint
1 scoop (1/4 cup) Pristine Whey
Pinch of salt
Large handful of spinach
2 TBS super sweet
1 cup ice
Blend well, top with a little fat free Redi Whip enjoy!

Salad
Bed of your choice of greens ( I use a combo of iceberg and green leaf)
2 slices bacon crumbled
Small bit of cubed cheese
Blue Cheese
1/4 avocado
1 sliced boiled egg
Chicken breast pieces
Top with ranch dressing thinned out with pickle juice!
