First Time Ghost Adventure Hunting - EVP Session The Orleans Tower
Hi everyone!
In this video we will be visiting The Orleans Tower , according to some locals several ghost sightings have been seen, as such we've been planning to make videos about the paranormal for a while now and having one not too far away has jumpstarted us to get into action. Geared with a bunch of smartphones (for now) and some courage and banter we go on our way and try to catch the footage for you guys.
Keep in mind that all this is filmed by me and my wife, I am the more sceptical in this situation, however.. I do believe in certain things but I take all with a grain of salt, as such I am neutral in what I find and try to keep it real.

For now we are open to visit haunted or explore places in Belgium. This will be expanded in the future.

The Orleans Tower or Orleanstoren / Aurelianustoren

The Aurelianustoren or Orleanstoren is a corner tower of the higher part of the city walls and, thanks to its strategic position as the highest point in the region, it formed the most important vantage point for the old city fortifications. After the troubles at the end of the 16th century, the tower was probably not restored until the 17th century. The tower therefore dates in its current form from the 16th-17th century, but probably dates back to the period when Aarschot got its first city walls. The stairs leading to the Aurelianustoren from the current Albertlaan were constructed around 1937. Around the same time, the tower was also vaulted inside and a spiral staircase and orientation table were added.
