Sweet Potato Breakfast Bowl with Peanut Butter Sauce 😳-THM E

So here's what I did:
One small to medium sweet potato, cooked (I steamed mine)
1 large tbsp. 0% fat Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp cinnamon
A pinch of nutmeg
A pinch of salt
1-2 tsp on plan maple syrup
3-4 tbsp. almond milk
Whip together with food processor or hand mixer until silky and smooth.
For sauce:
1/4 cup defatted peanut flour (I was out of flour, so I used 2tsp peanut butter)
3-4 tbsp. almond milk
1/2 tsp Gentle Sweet
Mix sauce until a nice, saucy consistency - add more almond milk if necessary.
Top sweet potato with a few slices of banana and drizzle with peanut butter sauce. Add a tsp of whole oats, crushed nuts or on plan granola for some crunch. (If you use peanut butter, leave out nuts to avoid going over 5 grams of fat in your E)
