Red Velvet Ice cream
Recipe in English:
Ingredients:
-Olper’s Dairy cream chilled 100 ml
-Cream cheese 50g
-Vanilla essence ¼ tsp
-Condensed milk chilled 2-3 tbs
-Olper’s Dairy cream chilled 400ml
-Vanilla essence 1 tsp
-Cocoa powder 1 & ½ tbs
-Red food color 2-3 tbs or as required
-Condensed milk chilled 350ml
-Pound cake 250g (cut in cubes)

Directions:
-In a bowl,add cream,cream cheese,vanilla essence and beat well until soft peaks form (5-6 minutes).
-Add condensed milk,beat well & set aside.
-In a bowl,add cream and beat well until soft peaks form (4-5 minutes).
-Add vanilla essence,cocoa powder,red food color and beat until well combined.
-Add condensed milk and beat again.
-Add pound cake and fold with the help of spatula.
-In airtight container,add prepared red mixture,cream mixture,red mixture and tap few times.
-Make swirls gently with the help of skewer,cover the surface of ice cream with butter paper then cover with lid and freeze for 8 hours to overnight (yields: 2.5 litres).

-Condensed milk dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein & side per rakh dein.
-Bowl mein cream dal dein aur soft peaks form hunay tak ache tarhan beat ker lein (4-5 minutes).
-Vanilla essence,cocoa powder aur red food color dal ker ache tarhan beat ker lein.
-Condensed milk dal ker dubara beat ker lein.
-Pound cake dal ker spatula ki madad sa fold ker dein.
-Airtight container mein tayyar red mixture,cream mixture aur red mixture dal dein aur tap ker lein.
-Skewer ki madad sa gently swirls bana lein,ice cream ki surface ko butter paper sa cover ker lein aur dhak ker 8 hours ya overnight kliya freeze ker lein (yields: 2.5 litres).
