-John Paul II Pope of Fatima, Necessity of our Lady’s message for our times[1]

We would be mistaken to think that Fatima’s prophetic mission is complete. Here there takes on new life the plan of God which asks humanity from the beginning: “Where is your brother Abel […] Your brother’s blood is crying out to me from the ground!” (Gen 4:9).[2]

- Greatest number of witnesses to a miracle since the Hebrew children crossed the Red Sea before the eyes of Egypt

- Very important point: I cannot resolve the debate about Fatima and the Third Secret. That is for you to do for yourself. When we get to the Third Secret 2 very different reactions can be had depending on your research and experience.

Public & Private Revelation differ not only in degree but in essence.
Public revelation= actions of God as a whole expressed in literary form in both Old & New Testament. Valid for all places and time and Revelation came to an end. Under obedience to ascent to it. Ended with Apostle John.

Private revelation= always is in a position of support to public revelation. It supports public revelation. The faithful are not bound to accept it.

III. Queen Mother Pivotal Role in Defeat of Satan

- Gen 3:15 I will put enmity between you and the woman, and between your seed and her seed; he shall bruise your head, and you shall bruise his heel. His Jesus mission announced before His birth.

- Is 7:14 Behold a virgin shall conceive and bear a son. Her Mary mission announced before her birth.

No obligation upon the laity, gives freedom to make our assessments. We cannot decide Transubstantiation but prayerfully discern private revelations within public revelations.
