Brake Malfunction Leads to Front Flip for Rider

Info from Licensor: "I flew off my motorcycle at around 60mph. Very weird accident because my front wheel locked all of a sudden. I honestly don’t know why my motorcycle flipped like that because I was 100% sure I didn’t panic break and I’m well aware of how strong my front break grabs. Plus I know I was capable enough of handling that much break with that speed after I downshifted and much space before the turn...I don’t like to blame my bike because it’s usually mostly the riders fault when riders crashes but this time I think it’s a mechanical error but who knows?!"
