This isn't just a mere trick. Czr has been taught the motions of nodding/shaking his head as well as the meaning behind the concepts of yes and no. Using keywords that he has learnt over the years I am able to have conversations with him, asking yes/no questions to which he will respond to communicate what he is looking for.
