Dragon, the cave creature by ArtCase Restorations Happy St George's Day!

This mythological dragon, is a depiction of mystery and folklore, from the times when we humans still lived in caves. My inspiration was drawn from my love of the caves and cave art at Altamira, in Cantabria.
He is a large beast, measuring 4.2m long.
To create this relief of his body, I used 10x10x10 mm marble and 10x10x3mm limestone pieces, these helped create the texture of his skin and scales

It is a 3d installation, to create the illusion of grandeur, where it resides now in a private collection in NY.

I'm releasing this video today as it St George's Day in many countries across the world.
