How Do I Know When I’m Getting A Download?

When you receive downloads it’s actually quite simple to acknowledge and understand what exactly a download is. It’s not always a mystical magical thing that happens like when Harry Potter uses his wand. It’s a simple as pictures flashing in your mind or even your inner voice speaking to you you could be in the middle of doing a work out or even speaking to someone and you start to receive information. It’s not as complicated as we make it.

I think we expect everything to appear magical when we are receiving messages and downloads so that’s why we may just dismiss them!
