Healthy Steak Dinner

This week you asked for something healthy and quick-n-easy! Who doesn't love a good piece of steak? Well, this one is for you and it was completely easy and oh so buttery and yummy! This meal is completely Keto-Friendly, packed with healthy fat, protein, and veggies. I hope you enjoy this video, and please make this dish and share it with me.

Ingredients you will need:
•Steak (i used ribeye, you can use whatever you like)
•Cauliflower Rice
•Asparagus (any vegetable you have)
•Coconut Aminos - 1/4 cup ( 1tbsp will be used for vegetables)
•Garlic...A LOT!! (we love garlic in this kitchen)
•Butter (make a good quality butter) Kerry Gold or Irish butter
•Salt & Pepper
•Red Pepper Flakes (optional)

For the Butter Sauce
•Garlic - 2 cloves chopped
•Butter - 1 stick
•Salt - 1/2 tsp.
•Lemon juice - 1 tsp.
