The temple you saw was real, like how Ezekiel saw the temple structure in Ezk 8. This will be built by the Jews and Christians as a false, man-made religious structure that the Antichrist will enter. However, you're being instructed to break the steps with a hammer, meaning break the religous structures in your heart. As you do you wont walk the steps any longer and you'll prevent others from ascending the steps. You'll then participate in the actual destruction of the false temple with said hammer.
The banner is the order of Tribes/Camps in the Lord of Hosts.
In this case it's the tribe Reuben which has the symbol of "man" and the gemstone Sardius which is red in color. This could be your tribe.
It's veiled like the words of the angel were veiled and you forgot them. Meaning this information is unknown now but seek the Lord for they're future time.
By the way, this is the same prince in Ezekiel's Temple, although it will be a man at that time. Ask the Lord for confirmation of the interpretation.
