With gyms being closed over the third UK lockdown, I was trying to get decent workouts at home with limited equipment, but it was getting boring. I had already incorporated a new press up workout into my routine after watching this video...

Then saw this next video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=y_9qe...​) and thought i'd combine the two, and give myself a different challenge for the final full month before gyms reopened on 12th April.

This video is evidence for myself that I completed this challenge, as well as some different content to have fun filming, editing and adding to my channel.
