Driver gets a shock as a young mum and baby appear on his reversing camera screen. "I was just about to hit the pedal a bit harder when she came into view. She seemed not really with it, so she might have been lacking sleep or suffering fatigue, as young mothers often are. I had looked around as best I could, but when reversing out of a tight parking spot you can't see through 360 degrees all at once."
