How to Buy Rental Property with No Money

Can you purchase rental property with no money down? If so, how do you do it? In this video, I explain several options.

I first discuss how when finding a deal that allows you to put very little to no cash into equity, you have to consider in what other ways it could cost you. Do you have time to find that property?

Then, I talk about how people structure no money down deals. There are far too many ways.

I define a Subject 2 or a wrap around as a way to finance this type of property. You'll need to look at it for debt stack or financing structure.

Next, I teach another option that involves helping the seller get what he wants with the money from the sale.

Finally, I discuss some additional options. And I give my opinion on whether you should inherit the risks that come with nothing down deals.
